Upgrades for modular accommodation and temporary buildings prioritise lightweight design, sound insulation and recyclability. Restructured space pods feature reworked internal layouts, thickened insulated aluminium alloy sealed windows and passive ventilation noise reduction systems, eliminating condensation and poor soundproofing issues frequently reported at outdoor camps. Frames use high-strength lightweight steel, slashing overall unit weight by 15% and cutting transport and hoisting expenses. Container houses built for municipal works and overseas infrastructure feature full anti-corrosion and rust-proof processing, with dual layers of epoxy zinc-rich primer for long-term service in high-salt coastal regions. Modular flexible assembly supports single-storey, double-storey and connected unit customisation. Dual-purpose design enables long-term office and residential use alongside rapid deployment as emergency resettlement housing when needed.
